The Great Big Boo Review

We attended the 2:00 p.m. show of The Great Big Boo on Saturday.  The show had everything that my kids love; Singing, dancing and candy.  Jack was enamoured with Wendella the Witch who hated Hallowe'en, but she learned to love the holiday and made new friends along the way.  Sarah was rooting for young Zoe who worked with her brother Justin to save Halloween.  At the end of the show, the kids were able to trick or treat, meet and pose with the characters.  I loved that all of the candy was nut free.

Heading to the show. Strawberry Shortcake, a sweet little kitty cat and the Hulk.

Eagerly anticipating the start of the show.

Trick or treating at the end of the show and meeting the characters.

Jack's love for Wendella was more of a long distance thing.
When it came time to meet her in person, he didn't want to get too close.

He worked up the nerve to meet the mouse and was very proud of his efforts.
Jack's version of the photo bomb.
I love that he still loves my snuggles.  I take them where I can get them.

The creators of The Great Big Boo will be coming back with a holiday celebration: The Magic of Santa.  The show will be at the Pacific Coliseum December 21, 22 and 23.  Tickets available through Ticket Leader.
